Our Seasonal Vibes are Off-kilter.

When you think of how the different seasons of the year "feel" you probably have a pretty distinct picture in your mind.  Winter is cold, right?  And summer is hot.  But in the summer you crank up the air conditioning.  You prefer the room at much lower temperature levels than at other times of the year.  Meanwhile in the winter the weather is cold outside so you feel like turning up the heat much hotter than you could ever imagine doing at other times.  Thus, in a certain sense, I associate summer with "cool" and winter with "warm and cozy."  It's, like, inverted, man.
